How to remove a fiberglass cast in 4 minutes. I ruptured my achilles tendon and took my cast off 12 days after surgery. I immediately put my foot in a boot in the same position it was in my cast.
I sped up the Dremel sawing to keep the video short. It took a total of about 20 minutes to saw the fiberglass rip the cast apart.
