Ingredients—
1 cup- urdadal
2 cups rice
1/2 cup chenadal
1 tb spoon fenugreek seeds
1 t spoon black pepper corns
wash and soak all these ingredients and grind well and make fine batter and ferment over night.
next day will add enough salt and little bit sugar and spread the dosa roast with butter instead of oil.
